"A parent of ours introduced us to The Personal Greatness Project.  We ran it with our students toward the end of the year and the response was incredible; I wish we had done it earlier. Definitely worth the cost, I’d say.

Essentially, the program works with students to get them to take accountability for actions in their own lives; sounds like a simple premise, I know, but it certainly is not a simple workshop. Going into it, I could identify who was interested in participating and looking to get something out of it. However over the two days, it was amazing to see even the kids I thought would be less than participatory not

only open up and share, but also really self-reflect in a way so different from what usually takes place in the classroom. There were so many "aha" moments when the students realized that they are the ones in control over themselves.”

Principal, Canadian International Hockey Academy

"The Personal Greatness Program was a great success with our student athletes. It spoke to them on so many levels. Cory was able to make them feel comfortable and at ease to discuss the really important issues that our young people face today. He was extremely charismatic and even those who thought they would find it all very boring were surprised at how much they felt compelled to participate. He gently pushed the boys out of their comfort zone, but provided them with support and guidance as they traveled along his path of self discovery and reflection. Well worth the time and money."

"Cory Chadwick designed and implemented a remarkable project for students’ personal and leadership development. This insightful and flexible program was a rich opportunity for students to dialogue about fundamental topical issues and truly awaken and enhance the leader within. We are proud to have been involved in this project, and based on the impact on the participants, we highly recommend it."

Principal, Blyth Academy, Lawrence Park

"Cory worked with a team of our staff and faculty. Carving out time in the middle of busy school life is both a challenge and an investment. Cory was the many things that the challenge required (flexible, resilient, responsive to feedback, solutions-oriented), and the time we spent together was absolutely worth the investment. Our team took risks in front of one another, we got to know each other in new ways, and we were challenged by Cory to ‘see’ aspects of ourselves, and where possible, to take action and redefine some of those. Cory is passionate, authentic, and generous with his time and energy. I’m glad that we took the plunge!"
