Critical Decision-Making focuses on how to make complicated decisions simple and big goals manageable. We show you that even though some choices may feel random and isolated, every decision is connected. No matter what, every choice a person or business makes matters. That’s why this workshop teaches you to stack the deck and maximize the probability of success: because this small yet powerful skill means the difference between being good and being great.

 

Bridging the Gap

 

Cultivating empathy is a game changer. It’s key to great communication, conflict resolution, team building, and leadership — all qualities critical for understanding a new generation of employee and creating a happier, healthier, and higher performing culture. In this workshop, we help your team develop empathy as a tool to learn what makes their teammates tick, helping them better understand each other and themselves.

This micro-course focuses on developing empathy while exploring vulnerability, discussing common challenges, and letting your team know that they’re not the only ones experiencing the ups and downs of real life. We help your employees feel empowered and accepted within their team while showing them that work and life are more fun when you become who you really are instead of who everyone else expects you to be.

The "Impossible" Game

Attempting to solve big problems in business can often be overwhelming and challenging, especially when you’re trying to make a difference in your company, your industry, and the world.  The "Impossible" Game promotes diversified, multi-faceted thinking for you and your employees and shows you how thinking differently can often solve “impossible” problems. This workshop challenges you to think bigger, take risks, and know your actions matter. “Impossible” isn’t fact, it’s a point of view: anything can be possible when thinking turns from good to great.
